I help thoughtful, capable people who feel stuck and know they are capable of more in their lives.

We each have different versions of us living inside our heads,

and each of them has their own way of doing things.

What if the inner voices aren't the problem?

The problem isn't that any of these guys are bad.

The problem is that they're all trying to drive at once.

Sometimes one little guy is running the whole show!

The good news?

We can learn to recognize these voices, understand what they're trying to do, and help them work together instead of against one another.

That's hard to do on our own.

Believe me, I know! It took me more than 30 years to figure this out.

And along the way, I discovered Jungian teachings,

a suite of effective tools, and a deep understanding of myself.

And I now know: These parts of me were just trying to keep me safe.

My calling is to help others to learn that they're not broken,

stop fighting themselves, and become free to use and share their gifts.

I help people get their inner team working together,

so they can do what is theirs to do.
